  2. Approval & Return Shipping
    Once your return is approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.

    • Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  3. Inspection & Refund
    After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it.

    • If it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–4 working days.
